I accept cancellations requested within 12 hours or purchase, please send an email as soon as posible to process the cancellation request.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us at to start the proccess, if the return is accepted we will ask you to return the goods to us. Please note that you will be resposible for paying the return delivery costs for unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunaltey, we do not accept returns on sale items or perishable ones, like plants.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or there is any issue with it, so that we can make it right.
The easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sorry we do not offer free returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
